By using WhiteNote, you agree to these terms.

The service

WhiteNote helps you create tasks, reminders and plans with the help of AI. We keep improving the app and may change features over time.

WhiteNote Pro subscription

• WhiteNote Pro gives access to the AI assistant.
• Every new user gets 7 days of the AI assistant free from the first launch of the app — no payment required.
• After that, WhiteNote Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription at $4.99 per month (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
• WhiteNote Pro supports Apple Family Sharing: if you turn it on, members of your Family Sharing group can use the subscription too.
• After the free period, the AI assistant requires an active WhiteNote Pro subscription.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
• You are responsible for the content of your tasks and messages.
• AI can make mistakes — verify important details (dates, addresses, times).

Shared lists and user content

You can share task lists with other people and comment on shared tasks. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, spam, or that infringes anyone’s rights, and do not abuse other users.

• Report any comment or shared task: press and hold it (or swipe left) and choose “Report” (“Пожаловаться”). Reported content is hidden for you right away.
• Block a user: their comments and tasks are hidden for you, and they are removed from — and can’t rejoin — the lists you own.
• The owner of a shared list can remove participants and delete comments in it.
• We review every report within 24 hours: objectionable content is removed, and the users who posted it are removed from the list and may be banned from WhiteNote.
• You can also report a problem to support@whitenote.app.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed tasks, AI errors or inaccurate travel times. It is an assistive tool, not a replacement for your own judgment.
